How Much Xp Do You Get From The Worm Holes Raid {forgot The Name}?

i was thinking of doing ice burrows but i heard raids are good , so which one should i do ?

 

Depends on your level
Nest of the Grootslangs is lvl 54
The Canyon Colossus is lvl 100
Orphion's Nexus of Light (Unreleased) will be lvl 80
If you're under level 54, but over 43, you can do Ice Barrows
The closer it is to your level, the more xp you get

 

Raids are very hard, so make sure to bring some friends (maybe some level 100s?) but keep in mind that there's a party level cap (360 for nest of the grootslangs and 600 for the canyon colossus) and that you can only have a set number of people (4) doing the raid (per party)
the lowest level raid is 54 but it's meant to be done around level 60 or so i think (the mobs are around level 65)
not sure how much xp it gives but I'm quite sure it does give some
