Shaman/Skyseer Looking For A Endgame Build For War, And A Lot Of Others Things

Hello, so I'm actually playing with a morph set since a long time on my shaman class, and now, I would like a new set (without mytics because I'm poor, and if it's possible something which cost me less than 10 liquid emeralds x)) which has a lot of life, more than 700 heal per second on the totem and enought life.

I will mainly use this build for wars, and things like eldrich dungeon, legendary island (if possible), ...
I’d like to do damage, survive and heal my friends, I know that's hard to do, but I'm going to look at all the builds you can show me, thanks :D

 

something around this should be relatively tanky, but totem heals are around 640, its difficult to get more
