19k ehp no agi on tcc? I couldn't do it on 23k

With a def pot you should be fine (do note that shaman is kinda useless in the 2nd boss phase since it cant hit the eyes)

 

sorry, i have not actually tested the builds on tcc, but just like the guy above said, its hard to get tanky with shaman without losing a bunch of dmg
his build might be better, so if you are a shaman running tcc, focus more in support rather than fighting
