Housing Questions

1. Is the top layer of grass blocks "light source blocks" for anyone else?
2. Is there a quick command to disable that? (yes ive tried gamma)
3. Will I ever be able to have friends build on my island also? or just me?
4. Brick Slabs?
5. Buttons and Pressure Plates?
6. Do saplings ever grow on islands?
7. Fire blocks? Flint and Steel? Fireplace stuff?

4, 5, and 7. New blocks would be nice

 

4. I'm 99% sure the Brick Slabs texture is actually the "dirt" slabs we see around the map so I don't think you can get them.
