Buying Okayish Lament/singularity/trading Too

I am looking to buy a decent lament with those stats:
first spell cost > 51% , decent water, mana steal doesn’t matter.
I am willing to pay up to 4 stacks of le. Don’t expect me to pay a lot for normal ided mythics when corkian amplifiers are out and everyone can get good rolls with ease!

I am also trading my collapse + le for a good lamet >51% first spell and high water damage.
This collapse was pced at 2.5-3 stacks before buffs and explosive impact was added to the game.
Lament prices are currently around 2.5-6 stacks depending on ids.
