Archer/Hunter Help Hunter Walk Speed Spell Spam Build

With the recent 1.20 update, my previous build lined up for my lvl 100 hunter is no longer as good. I'm looking for a spell spam archer with high walk speed. Ideally 12k+ bomb spell damage, and over 100% walkspeed. I have a very good gale's force so I would like to use that but it's not a requirement, and no mythics.

Thanks! That damage is not quite what I was looking for but, I may be able to play around with it and try to make it slightly higher.

 

As an archer main who used to play TWA Gale’s Archer a lot and as an archer builder, I should say that it is pretty difficult to reach over 12k bombs with Gale’s, much less reach over 12k bombs and have over 100% ws (which I think is unnecessary tbh) while maintaining somewhat decent intelligence and mana regen (which determines how much your spells cost and how often you can cast them).

This is a Gale’s build I use when I don’t feel like playing Rainbow Archer (on Glass Rainbow Archer, you can actually reach 12k+ bombs on Gale’s without sacrificing much, might be something you want to look into).
The build has 6/4 mana regen, 2 cost storms and 2 cost bombs, 30k storms, 12.5k bombs, around 10k hp.
If you want more mana regen, swap Yang for Moon Pool Circlet for 8/4 mana regen, you lose about 500 average damage on bombs though.
If you play the 6/4 mana regen version, it is almost required to also have a 3/4 mana regen Return to Ether (another legendary bow) so that you can switch to RtE whenever u need to regen mana. You could also use Nemract’s Rage ig but RtE can do 11k bombs or something with this build meaning it’s still viable for damage when you swap to it. If you powder RtE with water powders, it also functions as an air-water alternative to Gale’s.
The build supports Gale’s, RtE, and Torrential Tide (water damage bow).
Regarding your extra sp, make sure you reach 129 intel, otherwise your bombs will cost 3 instead of 2. Dump the rest of ur sp into either strength or dex for more damage (I prefer dex for more crit chance).
The build doesn’t have over 100% ws but I already explained why that is a little hard to reach.

Does 10500 bombs, 11/4s mana regen and 107% walk speed. Not as good as it was before they nerfed Virtuoso in 1.20 when I did have a Gale's Force build with 117% walk speed and 12.5k bombs with 11/4s mana regen, but I am pretty happy with this. I can use a secondary bow for health regen when needed.

 

ah yeah Virtuoso made things stupidly powerful in 1.19. I would advise trying to avoid items that are much more overpowered than they should be so that you don’t rely on them. They all usually end up getting nerfed
