Any Class Help Morph Build Minus Stardust And Water Build

How good is the morph build without stardust?

Also, can anyone give me a good build (only armor and accessories) for water damage and mana regen and mana spells (spell bash and good water and earth dmg)

 

if you can use full morph, always use full morph
only reason to not use stardust with morph is if you arent lv 100 yet

 

I mean it should be fine without Morph Stardust
