Yes it is, updated to 1.20, Wynndata hasn't updated quite yet. Wynnbuilder was mostly created as a way of creating and loading builds much faster as if you've used the Wynndata builder before, it is known to be notoriously slow at loading.

if you are fine losing your already negligible spell damage, you can use hephaestus-forged sabatons. additionally, i would recommend dropping OKR in favor of archaic, as the build has no stealing

Preferences: Make it tanky and able to still heal decently

• Survivable (Usually use WFA)
• Good Mana Regen and Health Regen
• Hopefully, solo LI or the Eye. (At least close)

that's my mistake, i assumed every bronze basic accessory carried stealing.

run heph as oinuk advised. you could run accelerator also, sacrificing ls for ehp.

 

Spell spam (implying relying on mana regen as opposed to mana steal) isn't very popular for assassin, as mr doesn't proc in vanish, so you lose efficacy. idk if this is exactly what you're looking for, but here's a pretty tanky spellsteal black build with lots of sustain and decent damage.

just entertaining the request at face value if you insist on regen assassin. my friend who used such a build reported difficulty in dealing actual damage, so it's not great against LI/EO.
