Archer/Hunter Help Is My Build Still Viable?

I have been gone for awhile now, and I want to make sure this build I have is still viable.

You should powder your Orange Lily with E6-W6-W6 for more damage.

You also get the “Curse” powder special which is pretty pog.

This could be considered as a slight improvement

Slightly more damage (about 1k more in bombs), slightly more mana regen (although unnecessary), slightly less hp, negative walkspeed (probably the worst downside of this alternative although speed III nullifies this)
The necklace is DHydro but Gold Hydro works as well.
