How Can I Get My 2 Crates Back?

I completed a survey and got 3 crates for free and opened one and kept the rest for later opening but the other 2 dissapeard i think i already did a thread on this but i really want to get something :D anyone knows how to report this?

damn. I've been playing the past few weeks almost everyday, didn't get any survey. did you get anything? was it targeted to a certain group of players or something?

 

I’m not too sure tbh. I remember seeing something about it in game iirc, it then I checked it out it had already ended.

 

I think it was an info message - it was on about a month ago before Champion released
