Is There An Efficient Way To Farm Dungeon Keys?

Hi,
I've come back to the game after a decent amount of time. However, I can't seem to reliably find dungeon key Guardians (not corrupted).
Have they changed the way with which we get keys in the new update or do we still have to wander around the spots given in the wiki for key guardian spawns(are they even good?)? Haven't had any success yet, and the prices of the keys on the market are weirdly high...

DS guards are very common around the Emerald Trail, they spawn very frequently and you shouldn't miss any. IP guards can be found in the Detlas Suburbs but are slightly less common than DS ones. LS guards (I don't recomend doing LS tho) can be found around the black road. UC guards are commonly found around Ancient Nemract. You can find a lot of SST guards hanging out near WynnExcavation site A. UR guards are most common around the Troms Jungle, and I've found a lot of GG guards in the Dark Forest. I don't know where you can find FF or EO guards commonly because I haven't reached those areas.

EO I have the best luck finding them in eyeball forest. Fallen Factory guardians just decide to not spawn for me.
