I Can't Find Veltu (clearing The Camps Quest)

I have been searching for over 30 minutes. I have already found the two other chiefs, but for some reason I cannot find Veltu, maybe if he isn't spawning? I tried relogging in multiple minecraft versions, but it didn't spawn either.

Am i just missing something, is it a glitch and is veltu not spawning, or is it something else?

I would appreciate some help.

Can someone tell me if it even is the right place? The quest says that the camps have green flags but the wiki says that is the area where Veltu spawns..

That's not the right place. There's a camp with baby orcs in, and there should be a mob called Loose Mud or something along those lines somewhere in the camp. Kill it and you'll drop into the boss room. It took me a while to find him too lol

 

It looks hard to find but somehow i found it right away lol

or send a link with the coords on the wynncraft map, thats ok as well.
