Archer/Hunter Help Need A Good Twf Build

I have a bow with 118 dexterity req and cant find a good balance between glass canon and survivable character. the bow also lowers hp by 2400 so keep that in mind. if there's a more consistent TWA build then that's also something I'm open to. no mythics please. all LI and Hive gear is available

just got on my PC and i did say i wanted a balance of squishy and glass canon. this build is pretty much 100% glass
