We've heard your feedback and thus have fixed raid buffs!
We aimed to address the disparity in strength between the buffs for both raids as well as the overall difficulty and prioritization of survival over dps in the Colossus raid.

done a few tcc raids so far, the only time the raid failed was when only the party leader was send to defend the statues alone and didn't succeed,
    (managed to solo it once)
then the mobs would start to rapidly multiply and it would be impossible.

    These changes are incredible.
The difference between low rolling and high rolling has been one of my least favourite things about tcc, and while I am still a little sad that giant remains the only buff with raw hp, these changes go a long way to adding consistency and also put an actual meaningful choice on what buffs to take (instead of picking monk / giant 90% of the time whenever they show up).

Also because the power of the buffs in general are a lot closer together, PREFERENCE is actually worth something

Ah, these look much better. I only have minor things to say. Some random thoughts, mainly on TCC because I haven't been able to actually do Grootslang:
    • I am not sure why you're listing totals? It's generally going to be better to mix and match between the different types.
    • Intrepid is pretty interesting... the placement of Guardian on Intrepid I is kind of neat, as it forces a choice between getting a good group play major ID on a healtank, vs. taking the +Def or +Agi buffs on Monk or Stonewalker that round, depending on whether you need/want more group sustain or personal tankiness.
    • Intrepid II is in a bit of an awkward position where RNG means you can't really rely on getting the +tiers (and ofc if you lose the bet, your dps is shot), whereas in Spell it doesn't really provide much? Maybe you can do, like, a spellspam build with a bunch of -ls or something, but it'd be really dangerous - probably too dangerous to use. Intrepid III is mostly useful because it's the only way to get +Agi on a healtank if you grab Guardian, but it'll probably be better to take Giant III anyway, especially since you can't plan ahead about which buffs you're going to take. Overall, Intrepid feels kind of unfocused.
    • Monk having water damage is interesting from a building perspective, as KoH will no longer be quite as dominant. Unfortunately it creates some weirdness in weapon balancing (part of why I personally dislike the tying of water damage to heal strength - ideally someday I'd prefer to see some sort of tying of heals to hpr and lifesteal). As mentioned before, the placement of +Agi here and +Def on Stonewalker alongside the Guardian on Intrepid is an interesting tradeoff.
    • Plague on Pestilent III is still kind of pointless since there's not much in the way of minions in the bossfight (just the Peridotites, and Plague doesn't help too much against them anyway). Imo it would be more interesting for Plague to be placed on Tier I or II (with any other needed adjustments ofc).
    • A natural consequence of raids being obligate group battles is that there is a strong incentive to minmax all of your sustain on one player - as such, the personal-only sustain benefits in the raid buffs (hpr and lifesteal) aren't really useful for a decent party, since they don't contribute to either mage/shaman or Rally/Greed/etc. healing power, and will be pushed over by those anyway. (The defensive sp is still very useful of course)
    • A natural consequence of varied +sp boosts in raid buffs is that negative sp (and therefore Hive Armors) is strongly discouraged. This is just a thought, but what if these raid buffs operated from a position of existing negative sp being treated as zero sp?

notta fan of the giant rework tbh, it makes it the brain dead option to make your glass cannon build less glassy. Obviously giant 1 and 2 still do that with the current buffs, but on live rn if you want giant 3 you have to take the guardian major ID, which to glassy builds is a pretty big downside since they're not prepared to do that. It makes giant 3 really good for tanks who can handle it, and makes glass cannons consider the potential drawbacks, and if they do choose it still, they have to play more carefully to prevent being dunked on by the major id.
