    Since i dont have permission to post this in the bug section i will post it here. I currently have a bug where Chieftain Veltu apart of the Clearing The Camps quest refuses to spawn. Am i the only one having this issue?

    Where are you looking? If this is the guy at the camp with the small baby orcs, he spawns underground. There should be a breakable floor npc inside a building somewhere in the camp
