Chat System Help.

So im confused about the chat system. i know its not a big issue but itll help me in the long run. So theres different servers that hold 50 players. i have ghost players on so i can see other players from different wc? for example theyll have (wc19) next to their name meaning there in server 19? and also in my chat i see people from other wc typing and their not using shout bombs. but when i type to them they dont seem to reply nor see my msg. so how come i can sometimes see someone chat from a different wc in my chat but they cant reply

can you also only chat wit people that are near you and in the same wc? and how come some servers show the ghost player in other wc and some servers it dont load that

 

if playerghosts are off you can only chat with people that are both nearby AND on the same world; if playerghosts is on, you can chat with people nearby, on the same or a different world. by nearby, I mean people in the same area, such as detlas

 

weird cause people that are near me with (wc22) near there name means there on a different server when i try to tlak tot hem none of them ever type back. even in the chat i see wc(23) and they say somethign i reply to them but they dont ever say anything back. and im inthe sme town as them

 

Majority of players usually have player ghosts off, so if they have playerghosts off they won't be able to see your message. sometimes it can be confusing who's actually on your world or not (because the world number next to people's names isn't always accurate)
