    I'm pretty sure you use them for the grootslangs raid and im just wondering were you can farm them.

    You get 6 for completing the worm holes quest, but I don't know where to find them naturally as they're a relatively new feature

    I found them only in the swamp. They're passive mobs, their model is the rune itself. They run away from you.
