Shaman/Skyseer Viable Shaman

Are there any shaman builds that can survive tcc and endgame content that doesn't include mythics or impossibly expensive items for a person that can't get stacks on stacks of le? I am trying to get out of using morph, and am not sure where to look for a real build.

didnt tested them in tcc but im sure if in a party they can survive pretty much anything
