    1. The maiden doesnt spawn,yes im wearing the hat thing
    2. The door requires a key that's apparently non-existant
    3. You get a Black Whistle Leaf, but he needs a death whistle leaf?

    I don't know what is wrong with the first quest.
    As for master piece, you have to kill the mini boss in that cave.
