Rest In Peace Fist Man.

For 3 years I've been leveling an unarmed class (One that doesn't use weapons.)
Some of you maybe asking how? Well, pre 1.20 you were able to active posion using your fist, which meant, while tedious, you theretically were able to beat the game just you're fist. A few quest required you to kill an item entity you couldn't punch, but even these quest were thertically doable with Pandamonium thanks to it's major id.

However, everything changed when 1.20 attacked...
You are no longer able to activate posion with your fist. The good news is with the new pet system, you still have a theratical way to beat the game without a weapon, however that will no longer be with your fist, instead relying almost enterily on your companions, and throns/reflection.

This thread is honestly just to morn the loss of my fist man, who just recently made it to level 80. He will live on through pets, but he will not be the same, no longer will he be fist man...

He's not the fist user class anymore, he's the summoner class.

 

He may have changed his methods but he hasn't changed his goal...

 

I have worse news friends.
It seems... pandi no longer activates poison without a weapon...
I can no longer do damage within reason.

The only way to deal damage is pets, and cactus builds.
The game is still 100% beatable (All quest included) thanks to pets plus pandi, but it will be massively more difficult, or at least time-consuming.
