New Aldoreis Secret Part I Criminal Chase

Hey, can someone tell me where I should go when chasing the criminal? I keep trying to chase him, but after the bridge explosion, he just disappears. I got to the elevator part, but now I'm completely lost. I tried running around to see if that would trigger anything. Help pls.

 

He's somewhere below the bridge, you have to fall down to the ground and walk around that area a bit and he'll reappear.

 

Yeah I already did that. I followed him to the elevator next, but now he's gone again
