Mage/Dark Wizard Help Post 1.20 Spellspam Mage Build

With the huge amounts of item changes in 1.2o, my previous build is no longer as good as it once works. I'd like a good spellspam build. My only requirement for this build is that it has no mythics. All other items are fine.
