Whenever I hear someone say the word "grind" with wynncraft, I assume they're talking about professions. Don't do professions until end-game
but if you mean "grind" as in "gameplay," it depends. If you want to enjoy every bit of content about wynncraft there is and do every quest, getting from lv 1-100 might take a couple months. If you just want to breeze through levels and skip most quests (which I strongly recommend not doing on your first class) then getting from 1-100 might take a few weeks.
that's debatable, but most people seem to pick archer or assassin as the "best" class. all classes are fun in their own ways however
Already said this, but don't focus on professions until early game, do as many quests as possible, and just enjoy the game.
Here's a pretty good newcomer's guide if you need a few more in-depth tips

if you really took your time and do all quests you could probably clock around 100-200 hours as you hit level 100, but time varies per person.

there isnt an objectively best class, it comes down to preference. i would recommend assassin, which has high damage output, 2nd highest natural defense, a stun, and decent mobility

you learn about the game as you go, you could list paragraphs upon paragraphs of tips for a new player

The game doesn't have much grind, the only parts that I would say are grind are the 40-50 level area and 90+, other than that the game is mostly fun gameplay. I would say for a new player it would take them a few months to reach level 103 but someone experienced could reach level 103 in a little more than a week.

Yeah when I started I pretty much ignored the community and forums and just let myself sink into the game. Until the very endgame (level 90-105) I had to do no grinding and just did quests. Quests are also good when you’re starting cause they can give a lot of money later down the line, also they are mostly really fun and interesting.

My favourite classes are Assassin and Archer, personally I like doing loads of damage with the nice challenge of also staying alive. If you want to do damage use those two, if you want to be a support/tanky try mage and warrior, and then shaman if you want to try something completely different (low defence, high damage, good for groups of mobs).

Just enjoy the game for now, if you want to grind for money or anything like that do it at max level when the game is finished. Or you can start again on a new class!
