Which Wand Should I Be Using?

Only started playing today but have gathered some wands. I don't really understand the difference between all the stats. Should I be using: Amplified Wand of Worth, Sketiq or Serpent's Kiss?

To add to this, I just found the Glowing Wand, so is that better than the 3 wands above?

 

I would recommend the one that has the highest damage and that doesn't ruin your health or mana. Early game like pre lvl 30 your equipment isn't all that important as long as you have decent skill point usage. After that you'll start having to think more on what weapon will do the best against X boss or against X enemy. Would personally go with Serpent's Kiss since poison is kinda busted
