Can You Have Your Account Details Transferred?

Good day,
My question is, can I transfer all game progress and my rank from my old account, which I almost no longer use, to my new account?

 

If you have a proof of purchase, you can transfer a rank by contacting [email protected] . As long as you have access to both accounts, just use Wynncraft's trading mechanic to get items to your new account, but you cannot transfer quests or other progress.

If I cannot transfer my progress, then unfortunately this is not an option for me and I will continue to play with my old account.
