Mob Drop Question

I am quite new to this game, only started 2 days ago, sorry if this question is dumb lol

on that website, it says the boots can be dropped from mobs in level range of 24-34. Does this mean that any mob level 24-34 can drop this? Also, if i farm these level mobs, would i get this item in under a few hours?
I would just buy this from the market but its closed rn.

 

Technically yeah, but it’s better to just loot chests to find items because chests tend to actually have unidentified items rather than mobs which only sometimes drop them

what is a good way of coming across loot chests?

 

hi to add on to wxhlf's point: only mobs that do not have a yellow star in that level range will have a chance to drop the item. mobs with a yellow star will not drop items, but give increased xp.

as for finding loot chests, just exploring the world works. a lot of caves have high-tier loot chests in them, so you can look for those. tier one and two chests are indicated by a sprinkling of off-white particles and tiers 3 and 4 have bright white particles.
