I lost the dejol's lettle and the /fixquests is useless

 

Something like this should go in bug reports, the people there can help you

 

Either way, this issue has been reported before. The letters are only untradable items, not quest items, meaning you cannot get them back. There is no solution to that problem, you just have to skip that quest on this class. If you get another class to level 85, you can start the quest on that class and use the letters for your main character.

 

Can't you just go back to the house and get another one? Or am I thinking of the wrong item

 

I don't know the quest that well, I'm just referring to other forum posts with the same issue like this one.

 

You get the letters form the person you start the quests with, then deliver them to each person. You can’t get them back by going back to the starting guy. I guess you’ll just have to wait.
