Is There A Way To Grind For Large Lapis?

I'm trying to get into profs, and large lapis is one of the must-have materials for crafting high spell dmg % items. Does anyone know how exactly you could grind for one, or where you could find mobs that drop it?

 

According to https://www.wynndata.tk/ingredients/, it is a rare drop from most tundra rare mobs or chests.

 

That means you can get it by lootrunning nesaak and llevigar, or by traveling around the tundra
