    my friend recently lost all his stuff and i was wondering if it is possible to get your stuff back if you get spawnkilled in a village by someone who lead a mob there

    No unfortunately thats not possible, report the person though because that is a bannable offence.

    Unfortunately Wynncraft has a "no-refunds" policy for items in-game.
    However, you should still report the player as this is bannable.
