    At the puzzle stage I pressed the button under the stairs however the door didn't open and the button has disappeared I tried relogging and killing myself and doing everything again. Idk what to do now.

    To make the button appear again, you just have to step on the pressure plate at -10890 119 -12104. I just tried and the door at the end of the hall immediately opened... If it still doesn't work, don't worry, the quest will get a remake in the coming 1.20 update.
