What Are Allowed And Disallowed Mods?

im thinking of downloading forge for 1.9 and im wondering whats allowed and disallowed

 

No mods that change any mechanic are allowed.

I would recommend Wynntils+Optifine+performace for 1.12.2, which is the best version to use

i want to use toggle sprint only , is there a mod that has ONLY toggle sprint or is toggle sprint banned?

 

I wouldn't recommend toggle sprint since there's a sprint bar, you can just use ctrl
I personally use Optifine, Wynntils, and Scrollabletooltips, but I advise you to not use wynntils until 40-50 to get a hang of how the game works

Minimap mods are allowed, so long as they don't show entities, players other than your mutual friends and party/guild members, or caves.
