Which One Is A Better Weapon

For a level 40 which one is better

 

It depends. You can have more one weapon in your hotbar.

I have some tips for you. Do quests. If you want, try dungeons.

I am going to try to teach elemental stuff here since the quest that teaches it does it bad.

There are 5 elements. You can put skill points into each element. Now, certain things can have elemental damage, weakness, and defense.
When a weapon does neutral damage and fire damage, a mob that has fire defense will take reduced fire damage and full neutral damage (nothing is reduced). On the other end, if it has fire weakness, it will take more fire damage (this works for all elements). So, each wand would do more or less damage if the enemies are weak or defense against earth or air. There is also elemental damage from enemies. Your armor and accessories typically give elemental defense.

Personally, I would pick the first one because it requires 35 intel, and no other reqs, and as everyone knows, intel is the best...

 

Both are good but at your level id suggest the blossom because you are about to fight ice enemy's and im pretty sure water damage is weak to them
