    Ok so why I said for real in paranthesis for real I (somehow) copied the wrong build I had which was a bygones tierstack build.

    CIs are 1.20 Cancer/Renda Langit. It has very high WS, and 1 mana heals/tp/snake (4 mana meteor but that doesn't matter since its KoH). It hits 117% WS and still maintains to make your team immortal (9k heals, good MR, and 1 mana snakes/heals for cycling). Also the use of Atlas is probably questionable but it's useful for powder special abuse.
