It is not 1.20 friendly. The damage will be lower, and you won't be able to equip two Grookwarts accessories. If you don't like 1.20 nighthawk then switch to Pisces. If you switch to pieces then you can switch draoi fair for something else, like summa or concentration or something.

I didn't use it, so don't worry about it. It was a mana steal scroll with some minor elemental defenses.
