So I recently started playing the game again and decided to start a new character. I had known about the gavel update and was eager for it. I have now completed all the quests till Rymek and the next ones are in Llevigar. So I just wanted to know if I should continue with the current content or wait for the update (the current one I can slightly remember so that might change the experience). I want to try the new content but also I don't want to wait long. I can't estimate how long it would take for the update because I haven't been in the community for that long and this is the first time I'm active for an update. Any opinions on what I should do?

My guess for the update release is the next 1-2 weeks, but it could be later. I would recommend waiting for the reworked quests, as the current bulk of content in early and mid Gavel is extremely outdated and most quests aren't that good. While you wait for the update to come out, you don't have to completely stop playing. You can search for secret discoveries in the Wynn Plains, Desert, and Nesaak Tundra. Additionally, you can do quests in the tundra and ocean while grinding dungeons for xp.

Okay thanks! I think I will still play and do dungeons or those discoveries(I've only found one of them idk what they are, ill search it up). My only problem was that I didn't want to get too much exp and get to0 overpowered and speed through all the content. I just want to follow the intended game progression so I will do dungeons and get some better armour as I've been skipping a lot of dungeons. Ill might also grind emeralds so I can buy stuff when the trade market is back(heard some ppl say it will be back with the update). ty
