Maybe you can just ask a specific question here... I'm not a great command block genius myself, but if somebody would see a precise request they could answer, they would probably do immediately instead of contacting you before.

thats a better idea i guess.
So here is my question to all you command block geniuses
In my map, i have an area that gives slowness when you walk on the snow blocks in it, so is there a way to detect if you are wearing "snow boots" to make that slow effect not happen? (in 1.16)

    Here's your solution!

In a repeating command block (or using datapack), use the following execute function:

    execute as @a at @s if block ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:snow_block unless entity @s[nbt={Inventory:[{Slot: 100b, id:"minecraft:leather_boots"}]}] run effect give @s minecraft:slowness 1 0 true

This command checks that the block underneath the player is a snowblock, and if so, apply the slowness effect (without giving off particles) unless they are wearing leather boots in their boots slot.

If you want it to be more specific, say for example, you only want any "special" boots with the special SnowBoots tag to be considered snowBoots (and not any regular leather boots, heck, it could even be iron boots called Reinforced Snow Boots if you want it!), then you can do the following.

Command to give special leather boots (Generated using MCStacker, very useful for giving NBT Tags): /give @p leather_boots{display:{Name:'{"text":"Snow Boots","italic":false}',Lore:['{"text":"For traversing a snowy land!"}']},SnowBoots:1b} 1
    Execute Command: execute as @a at @s if block ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:snow_block unless entity @s[nbt={Inventory:[{Slot: 100b, tag:{SnowBoots:1b}}]}] run effect give @s minecraft:slowness 1 0 true
