What Happened To Our T3 Crate?

We filled out a form with the guarantee of getting a free t3 crate (and also made ppl mad bc of possible subscription ranks, but that's beside the point). We were told we would have received it in a week, but it's been much longer than that at this point.

Idk about yall but i got mine and i got a common item, best gamble in history, eiter way i got my crate so idk

I got mine when I bought 20 crates ;/ I got 4 t3 instead of 3

 

You're guaranteed 3 T3 crates with a 20 crate purchase, but you can get more. IIRC it's luck based what tier crates you get.

So nah, that wasn't your free T3.
