    So I was doing The Envoy Part 1 and as I was talking to the delegate (who was showing me through the city), my computer crashed halfway through that part. When I logged in again, it told me to talk to the delegate but I wasn't able to find where he is. Can someone help me?

    Hop on the wavebreaker boat to go to Selchar, then use the boat again to go back to Corkus. The delegate should appear near you
