Am I Allowed To Make A Collection Of Official Wynncraft Npc Skins Publicly Available

Yesterday, I found out how to download skins from the cache from an old forum post. It's legal to take Wynn NPC skins from the cache 100% since it was a staff member who explained how to do it, but I don't know if I'd be allowed to make a post featuring a few popular NPC skins for people who want them. The skins I want to make public are:

Aledar
Tasim
Bak'al
Lari
Bob
Theorick

I'd also like to know who created each skin so I can credit them if i were allowed to make such a thread. I know people could have a lot of fun with these and if the thread comes out it will include a tutorial on how to do it for yourself incase you wanted to play as yahyabot or something

This thread is simply to verify if I'm allowed to do this or not. Nothing wrong with that, right?
