Assassin/Ninja Help Need Some Upgrades To My Build

I have a good build for damage right now but its a little too glassy. Was wondering if there is some tweaks I can make to this to make it tankier without compromising damage too much. I can use hive/li items but no mythics (eo is managable but not ideal).

Well, turns out making thunder tanky is hard. build above, as far as I can tell, reduced your damage, got rid of agility, and gave you a ton of life steal and cheaper spells. Also used a whole bunch of items you didn't originally have.

My try didn't do too well either. I stuck to only hive, LI, or dungeon items, seeing as the trade market is down, and could be for a while. It basically has the same stats as your build, with a minor increase in mana regen, defenses, a good increase in melee dpm, and a bit of thorns and reflection so it is a tiny bit tanker. I would probably specify a 1.20 build as well as a lot of items are getting changed so it can make builds from 1.19 irrelevant. As for a build, this one doesn't seem bad but it had to go through a bit of rework.
Also trying not to poke holes but this build is slightly busted next update mostly due to an Atlas nerf.

Replacing Atlas with Diamond Hydro Bracelet probably isn't a bad option as you can get 129 int. and get some extra man steal but you would lose the life steal.

You made an effort but I would say that mana steal would bite back. Also, Virtuoso is basically screwed next update.

Damage drops by 40% but you're more than twice as spammy so what the heck

You can run the build almost entirely off of the mana regen (as long as you time your vanish correctly), mana steal is kinda optional but it exists if you need it

edit: mana steal is nice if you screw up and run out of mana. If you're good (im not that good) ditch atlas for more damage or something, idk

no potion eye solo approved, bring amulet of regeneration for healing in between fights

Less damage than the ETW build posted

but its a lot tankier, and access to the courage powder special, which, if you're good at meleeing in between vanish-spin-multi-whatever combos, brings your damage actually above the ETW build's damage

dhyd and atlas both getting nerfed but it won't affect the build at all, in fact its mostly a buff since dhyd gives spell damage now
