Powder Relics?

I came across an old post talking about ways to get Tier 6 powders and was wondering if they still exist, and if anyone knows of any can you post a link below so i can view it over so i can grind out some powders for my gear?

 

Yes, tier 6 powders still exist
You can only get them (other than trading from others and trade market) from upgrading four tier 4 powders into a tier 5 powder (through the powder master found in most towns) and then upgrade four tier 5 powders into a single tier 6 powder.

Powder relics, and hidden relics in general, were removed a long time ago.

Only Relic guardians exist nowadays iirc, though I've never seen one...don't quote me on that actually

 

They do still exist, but they're somewhat rare and only spawn in semi-specific locations (I once found one in the Iboju Village). There's a wiki page on them that was created a while after 1.17, so it's highy unlikely that it's outdated.

 

I found a relic guardian in the savanna, and one in the Dernel jungle if that helps
