Assassin/Ninja Help Weathered/revenant Build Help

My friend gave me a hunted/untradable build for weathered that used revenant so I ended up getting a pretty good reve with max air damage that I don't really want to get rid of,

I am looking for a build that will be usable in 1.20 that uses revenant and weathered. My current one has like no mana regen so if they end up fixing the bug with weathered, the build is gonna become significantly less usable. The new build does not have to be untradable.

 

Your build should be fine next update. The only item changing so far is Dune Storm and it isn't getting nerfed, it's getting a minor upgrade of with some sprint.
