A Dream... Project World Of Wynncraft

Hello, here is HKChiken or you could call me... Grook.

Preface
I trust that most of you have wondered if you're in the part of Wynncraft, no matter you are a blacksmith, a banker, or an adventurer. But we know that that won't happen. So we start to find empathy in the game.

Wynncraft is surely a well-made Minecraft RPG server, but for me, not enough. The world for me is... small? I do understand that as a Minecraft server it's pretty hard to make the map really big and it will be hard to travel fast enough between towns.

But have you guys ever notice that there are kings in Ragni, Troms, Rodoroc... what do kings means? It means that these "towns" are actually kingdoms...
But as a "kingdom" they aren't really big isn't it?
As I said, this is totally reasonable and can be understood.
But... what if WE, players, could finish the world and make it more complete?

And this is what I decided to do.

So... What is Project World of Wynncraft?
So in a nutshell, this is a fan work series that will include drawings, a story, a bigger map, completing those things that are still a mystery like... Bob's life? Why did he get all his pets? Or... Dernic Beast? Why would he/she try to corrupt the world? Or even Fruma, the home of humans and we players... don't you find that literally, no one remembers what happened in Fruma?
And these, are what we doing.

I've to say, you won't get anything. This is totally just for fun!

But a sad thing is,
We don't have any people who actually joined(only me) :(
So I need you A LOT!

I know my last post has some views and I know this is my last chance to do this or soon prob no one would look at my threads and no one will know this project, this dream.
I think I would post some of my thoughts about Dern, Fruma, and such these days. I hope I could see you at the discord server.

Also its kinda embarrassing ngl I'm not the kind of people who is good at speech xD

 

A few things.

1. Welcome to the forums
2. There is a lore Discord, @TrapinchO could probably give you a way in if you like the lore a lot(and the wiki)
3. I'm surprised at what the people who run Wynncraft have put into the map really, it may be small but it is packed to the brim with quests, lore, exploreable areas, etc. They do also have to update some areas every now and then and they do try to keep the game fresh with a major update on an annual basis roughly.
4. If you get people, create a Discord to coordinate with others that are artsy, theoristy, etc.

Good luck with your project, I'm not too much of an artsy or theorist, I've dabbled in it a few times but it's not what I'm for some what. Also, beware me Grook for you may be vaporized...

Your project is really interesting, but I have few things:
- how are you going to store all the creations? Discord isn't really the best thing for it
- 1.20 will mess it up because new lore (and point below)
- you cannot deviate from the canon (you are filling the gaps, not changing the lore)

 

I would like to, but I don't think I'll be active enough or contribute often

Map-wise, i can agree that Wynn is small, but there is a LOT of lore. Try finding Discoveries, they fill up most of the plotholes.

I do some wynncraft story-writing but I'll end up deviating a lot from the actual lore

I have legitimately no idea. there ARE chickens in some parts of the map(weak chicken in hunger of gerts pt2), but idk if that was a blunder with naming or if its intended
