Cant Download Resource Pack

I have tried absolutely everything to get this resource pack to work but I have run in to some problems (and yes I do have server resource packs enabled). In my files the server resource pack file doesn't show up and the website to download the resource pack doesn't load and is stuck on a white screen. All I is for someone to zip it using the 7zip app (or any way you can) and send it to me via my email "alz'at'live.com.au". (Preferably version 1.12.2 if possible)
