Assassin/Ninja Help Need Builds Help For Li

I did LI with someone but I died at Orange Cybel

He said that the build I'm using is not the latest one
This is what I'm using, I'm having all those except for the diamond steam ring (https://www.wynndata.tk/s/d579of)

He recommended the build which is called black thunder
And he also said I'll need THICC build for THICC boss

I want to know black thunder build and THICC build

And one more strange thing, I felt stronger when I put off my atlas
Maybe this is called fast hybrid in forum, should I put off my atlas?

 

-overall a pretty solid build, i would personally recommend bottled thunderstorm -> drain or diamond steam ring -> okr for sustain.
-if you want to use black, here are a couple builds. wd is being slow so uhhh. sorry.
sparkling visor/medeis/cinderchain/frenzied mockery/draoi fair/intensity/atlas/tenuto/blackt6t6t6 (assign 105 int, most damage, not great health sustain)
sparkling visor/medeis/flummox/frenzied mockery/draoi fair/intensity/atlas/tenuto/blackt6t6t6 (again, 105 int, still good damage but more sustain)
there are other items you can sub in for preference, wd is being slow so i don't know about sp but some items you can consider would be sparkweaver for tankiness, sine for mana and sp, drain, okr.


i'm not aware of a specific "THICC" build, but they might have been referring to heavy melee, due to assassin's ability to trivialize pretty much any boss with it.
a pretty standard HM for assassin is
obsidian-framed helmet
taurus
writhing growth (earth breaker, struggle, etc if you haven't done eo)
blind thrust or shaggy boots
fracturedx2
atlas
drain
slider e6 e6 (or anvil crawler e6 e6 for more damage but less mana and mobility)


edit: addressing your atlas point, you likely "felt" stronger because you were hitting the enemy more. this is completely psychological. wynn effectively throttles cps at around 15 or so, and blur without atlas is super fast, meaning you only have around a 5% chance to activate mana and life steal per hit. this severely hinders your dps. the melee damage you would get (i'd imagine around 5k dps?) is, in my opinion, not enough to justify the 50% stealing chance, considering your only mana and life sustain in this build is from stealing.

additionally, classes like assassin suffer a lot in fast hybrid, due to their primary damage spell (spin attack) having no built-in delay.

mage and shaman can effectively use fast hybrid, as their main damages (aura and meteor) have around 2 second delays built into them (if you let full aura wave go before recasting), giving them natural time to melee and proc steals. however, assassin's spin attack is only limited by your cps, and since it does much more damage than your melee here, you would likely want to use it more often.
