Shaman/Skyseer Shaman Spell Spam

My old time rift build is going to become obsolete due to sorcery no longer affecting totems.

I’m looking for a high mana regen, spell damage, water damage build preferably using cryoseism.

No limits other than no mythics, even crafted items are good.

Higher sustainability would be preferred but I’ll be mainly judging off of damage. If you have any other suggestions for shaman builds, feel free send me other builds or ideas.

15 mana regen can still be useful as there is a thing called concentration abuse.
if u reach 13-15 mana regen while using time rift + concentration abuse, you can expect your dps to reach mythic levels while completely sacrificing mobility (you want to use uproot for the concentration abuse)

Yeah, I was gonna say that at the moment I’m using 8/4 mana regen and it’s more than enough.l as long as the auras are costing 1 mana.
