Archer/Hunter Help Would Appreciate Help :)

So basically I am a veteran Wynncraft player but I stopped playing just before the economy update when they added all these things that you can get to craft stuff. I really want to get back into the game so I was wondering what would be the meta to get powerful fast (Im lvl 101). I have a pretty good mana build but im not sure if my set is outdated or not and I would appreciate if someone could tell me if the crafting in this game is the new meta and what i could do to improve my gear. thx.

Im a lvl 101 assassin with a water/mana build. Im currently using sitis and ivory as the weapons with my armor (third eye, aquarius, dark channeler, memento). For accessories im using royal stormy amulet, diamond hydro bracelet, diamond hydro ring, and moon pool circiut. Thanks for moving my thread sorry about that.

 

I can say that that is probably way too much mana, the negative life steal is not optimal either, and what powders are you using?

This may not be the best of builds but it is more along the lines of what you should go after. I'm pretty sure @weeb can provide better ones.

Edit: Some of the items are different and are subject to change due to 1.20 coming out soon. The items that are custom items are Time Rift, Ensa's Ideals, and Diamond Hydro Necklace. Another option if you can't get a Time Rift is to replace it with Soul Signal.
