Totems Vanishing

I am playing a shaman and when I throw a totem, half the time it disappears. Anyone know the cause or how to fix this.

 

I’ve only ever had this problem when in wars, I don’t know it it’s the same for you but I believe it’s a known bug and should be fixed in the next update.

 

Thank goodness it's being fixed. I have lost so many dungeon runs to the bug.

 

Do you mean that the totem is disappearing completely? Because when I’ve had this issue in guild wars it’s only been a visual bug. Are you sure that your totem timer isn’t running out (slowly decreases over time until the totem disappears, reset by uproot spell) or that you aren’t swapping out from your weapon (removes all totems)?

 

It has vanished midair and when I use any totem related spell it says there is no totem.

 

Did you switch weapons after casting the spell?

 

No I did not. I am often trying to use the totem to get out of a location with haul. I also don't have a second weapon.

 

Did you change switch to another slot in the hotbar? Like from your weapon to an empty slot, a horse etc.

 

No it often happens as I am fighting.
