Warp only deals marginally more damage than fatal, and fatal also has -2nd spell cost%, which is just as useful in combat as warp's 2nd spell cost reduction. Warp really is only good for traveling really fast for long periods of time, which it does very well. however, in combat that's nearly useless.

 

I'd probably put Fatal in A tier. No drawbacks but a shit ton of damage. Easy to build around, too. It's a very basic mythic but super good and easy to use.

 

Overshadowment.

Its overshadowed by spring and ignis as well as freedom especially. It isn't bad, just that especially after the 1.20 nerf it isnt insanely good. Its all right in the sense that it works for raids if there aren't better alternatives available.

hprcancel is a thing but then you basically lose 40 agi on the gma cause gaea hewn has -40 agi. Nonetheless, hprcancel is the most optimal way to use gma.

-2nd spell cost % still means you have to do spell cycles. The whole point of warp is that you don't need to do spell cycles. Besides, using King Of Hearts to travel is the same as fatal basically since you still have to do spell cycles

 

My point was that in combat you usually don't need to even spell cycle to get to the other side of the boss room. the -2nd spell cost % is helpful since you don't need int to escape from the boss.

 

OP very clearly states ITS DOMAIN. Warp is the absolute king of it's domain. It provides unparalleled mobility that no other weapons can offer.

 

What is the reason behind Monster being tier above Lament tho. The only explanation I have are Eyes in 2nd Phase but Lament is far superior in terms of teamplay and propably tanky-ness.

 

Monster’s synergy with raid buffs.

It benefits much more from the huge ehp jump from getting 70 agi from monk (because it already has tons of defense. It also is more tanky than lament and even though it has lesser heals one is just able to swap to koh, which anyway has higher heals than lament.

With all that being said, lament’s still quite good for raids.

 

But Lament benefits much more, If you run monster you automaticaly have max defence meaning a large part of perks gets useless meanwhile lament gets to max defence along with 70 agil AND lament IDs. Also switching to koh isnt efficient at all. You can do a shitload of healing for your team and also deal dmg similiar to monster. Monster will be tankier however it really isn't needed since both Lament and Monster are practicaly immortal after getting buffs with Lament just being monster with 4k less health and much better healing without the need to switch to help your team mates.

If we are speaking about soloing TCC then yeah monster is better just because of Phase 2.

 

A) What do you mean a large part of your sp is useless with high defense? Not to mention, you’re usually not assigning 150 defense sp but just monster’s required 110.

B) With that argument, monster also gets max def and 70 agi, wdym?

C) Not hard at all to swich to koh.

A) Your point that Monster has better synergy is completely false and I have proven that because you lose 50 defence (Giant II i believe) that you already have maxed when you use Monster and 50 defence makes difference if you use Lament thus Lament has better Synergy since they achieve similiar if not exact defensive results.
B) Same thing. Worse synergy for Monster but the exact same results of it being ultra chonkyness but Lament maintains the team ultra healer aspect where Monster needs KoH.
C) Not hard but useless. You lose time your could dps instead of switching from time to time to heal your team. As I said there is no way Monster is superior in ANYTHING other than fire dmg which comes in handy.

 

Thanks for sorta clarifying on points A and B. Still feel like the “lost damage point” is pretty weak because it literally takes a split second to hotkey over to koh.

With that said, Overall you’ve convinced me to probably put lament next to monster in A if i could still edit the list. Ig i’ll put an edit to the post the list was included in.

Salted likes it maybe? Item Team should've definitely addressed it, it was arguably better than Divzer in 1.19.

I did not know that gma was nerfed. I thought it still had 70 agil, which meant that the -30 agil made from gaea would be completely nullified and then some. Effectively gma had both def and agil at the same time. Now I will reconsider.

 

Doesn't the raid boss have insane water defense? Shouldn't that knock down water mythics in raid viability?

I largely concur with iboju's list. It's pretty accurate outside of TCC too.
