Does The Bonus Attack Speed Id Affect Life Steal?

does just the attack speed of a weapon or also extra attack speed from armours and accessories affect how much life and mana steal you get

 

Life steal and mana steal work in a strange way in that it is more likely to proc if you have a lower attack speed, so yes it would affect it.

Armour and accessories can also affect attack speed so I’d suggest looking at your build on wynndata.tk to see what your overall attack speed would be, as the lower the attack speed the more likely the lifesteal / manasteal will be.

Super Fast: 5.8%
Very Fast: 8.1%
Fast: 10%
Normal: 12.2%
Slow: 16.6%
Very Slow: 30.1%
Super Slow: 49%

 

they don't affect how MUCH you get, just how often they proc. whatever your number is on each of them is how much you will get whenever they proc.

above chances are the chances from procs per melee hit. at perfect melee, they all average out to proccing about once every 4 seconds.
